Financial Project Manager - Your Company (Lexington Park, MD)

Provide on-site financial management support to the a government client. Specific duties will include data entry and analysis of financial data for weekly timecards, travel orders, services contract funding, and incoming and outgoing funding documents. Conduct account and financial database reconciliations to identify and clear overruns, outstanding obligations and invalid charges against funding documents. Provide support to the team in learning the capabilities of MIS and Navy-ERP as directed to perform the various financial duties. Update and maintain financial spreadsheets for tracking purposes (CRA contract funding, PID/PR tracking, travel tracking). Support resolution of issues, concerns and special requests of the BFMs and Government engineers. Follow-up on any outstanding issues, provide further research, clarification, and/or recommendations, and track actions through completion. Update and maintain copies of funding documents, contact modifications and task assignments and enter data in financial systems . This position is located in Lexington Park, MD (Pax River).
